I’ve protected our rights in Josh Stein’s Department of Justice and private practice. Most recently, I helped ensure every lawful vote counted in Justice Allison Riggs’ Supreme Court race. Why James?

James is part of a small group of NC attorneys fighting to protect our rights on the front lines. As an appellate attorney in our Department of Justice, he fought gerrymandering in the U.S. Supreme Court and held domestic abusers accountable. Last year, he defended our votes and stopped a dangerous attempt to steal an election. At a time when our rights are under constant threat, we need James on our Court of Appeals. [Read more.]
